Terms of Service — SuperDMZ

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the use of the SuperDMZ service, operated by DestinoLivre Tecnologia Ltda. By creating an account or using the service, you declare that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. See our Privacy Policy for data handling, and our Security page for how tunnel traffic is processed.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing, registering or using any feature of SuperDMZ, you fully agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any clause, do not use the service. SuperDMZ is aimed at professionals and businesses and presupposes civil majority (18+ in Brazil).

2. Service description

SuperDMZ is a reverse-tunnel service that exposes internal services (HTTP, HTTPS, arbitrary TCP) via public subdomains or TCP ports without requiring a static IP. The service is provided as-is, subject to scheduled maintenance, roadmap evolution and node availability. Architecture details, operating modes (HTTP/TCP), traffic handling and our availability posture are described on the Security page.

3. Account and user responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for the secrecy of your credentials (email, password, 2FA code, tunnel tokens).
  • All activity performed with your account is considered as yours.
  • You are fully responsible for the content carried through your tunnels, for the services you expose to the public and for compliance with the laws applicable to your business.
  • Sharing access to the admin panel of your account with unauthorized third parties is prohibited.
  • Accounts with false data may be canceled immediately without refund.

4. Permitted use and prohibited use

Permitted use: any lawful traffic, including HTTP, HTTPS, SSH, RDP, MySQL, games, IoT, development webhooks, access to IP cameras, NAS, NVR, Home Assistant, cryptocurrency miner panels and other legitimate cases.

Prohibited use — immediate suspension without refund:

  • Hosting or distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or content manifestly illegal under Brazilian law.
  • Distribution of malware, ransomware, phishing kits or intrusion tools.
  • Sending spam or email abuse.
  • Conducting DoS/DDoS attacks, mass port scans or intrusion attempts against third-party systems.
  • Using the tunnel to obfuscate the origin of fraudulent activity.
  • Mass copyright violations.
  • Any attempt to compromise the SuperDMZ infrastructure or other users.

Cases of prohibited use may be reported to the competent authorities when required by law or court order. We cooperate with Brazilian and foreign authorities within legal limits.

5. Payments, billing and right of withdrawal

  • Billing is handled exclusively via Stripe (credit card). Card data NEVER touches our servers — it goes directly from your browser to Stripe via Stripe Elements.
  • Paid plans bill recurrently monthly or yearly (with discount), with automatic renewal.
  • You can cancel at any time from the panel. No cancellation fee.
  • Right of withdrawal (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49): within 7 calendar days of the first payment, you can request a full refund by email. After that window, there are no retroactive refunds of past monthly billings, but cancellation immediately stops future charges.
  • Taxes: the final consumer price includes taxes owed by DestinoLivre Tecnologia Ltda.

6. Suspension, cancellation and data

You can cancel your account at any time from the panel (Account → Delete account). Deletion has a 48h recovery window via email link; after that, personal data, tunnels and tokens are permanently purged, except for fiscal records that must be kept for 5 years under Brazilian law.

We may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms. Common cases receive email notice with 7 days for regularization; in security emergencies or evident abuse, suspension is immediate and without prior notice.

7. Intellectual property

The SuperDMZ brand, logo, website, SuperDMZ client code and server infrastructure are property of DestinoLivre Tecnologia Ltda. These Terms grant you no license over that intellectual property beyond what is strictly necessary to use the service.

You retain all rights over content carried through your tunnels. We do not claim ownership of anything that flows through the service, and our non-storage policy is detailed on the Security page.

8. Availability and limitation of liability

SuperDMZ is provided as-is. We do not sell a contractual uptime SLA (see the "Availability" section of the Security page for our honest position). The Business plan includes priority support with initial response within 4 business hours — not a guaranteed downtime credit.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • DestinoLivre Tecnologia Ltda is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost business opportunities or consequential damages arising from service unavailability.
  • DestinoLivre's maximum aggregate indemnification, for any cause related to the service, is limited to the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
  • Nothing in this clause limits liabilities that cannot be limited under Brazilian law (Consumer Code, willful misconduct, fraud).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the service, roadmap or legislation. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Materially relevant changes (e.g. billing model or scope of permitted use) will be communicated to registered users by email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular the Consumer Defense Code (Law 8.078/90) and the Civil Framework of the Internet (Law 12.965/14). Disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the venue of the registered office of DestinoLivre Tecnologia Ltda, except where mandatory law provides otherwise (such as in consumer relations, where the consumer's domicile applies).
